• Once you reach a fundraising milestone, the main host will receive an email confirming the number of tickets their group is eligible for.
• The email will include a registration link for the main host to sign up themselves and any co-hosts (if the milestone allows for more tickets).

Registration will close on December 13, 2024, to allow us to finalize group seating arrangements. Event tickets with seat assignments as well as transportation tickets will be sent out after registration closes.

Yes, if you reach another fundraising milestone after registering, you’ll receive an email confirming your eligibility for additional tickets, which can then be added to your registration.

By default, each group or reservation will be seated together.

Event tickets with seating assignments will be sent after registration closes on December 15, 2024, to ensure all groups are seated together.

• Seating will be assigned based on amount raised tiers: Attendees will be grouped by tiers (e.g., $2,400, $3,600, $5,400, and $5,400+).
  Within each tier, seating will be assigned using a fair raffle system.
• Every host/raiser will iyh receive excellent seats—lower-tier sections will not be used, ensuring all seats are in premium areas.

If you are unable to attend, please email rccshostessevent@gmail.com to cancel your tickets. This helps us manage seating and ensures fairness for all participants.

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given to anyone else. Unauthorized transfers or no-shows may result in disqualification from future RCCS Hostess events.

All ticketing services are fully managed by TixBlast, a team of professionals capable of handling all requests via email for a smooth and efficient experience.

The RCCS Hostess Event takes place on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 7:00 PM.

The event will be held at Newark Symphony Hall, located at 1020 Broad St, Newark, NJ 07102.

The event features musical and comedy performances, including:

• And more surprises!

The program is expected to last approximately 3 hours.

Light refreshments will be served. Outside food or beverages are not permitted.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible, but:

• Please email us at rccshostessevent@gmail.com to let us know if you need a wheelchair slot or prefer an aisle seat for easier access.
• Accessible seating is limited, so please communicate early to ensure proper accommodations.

Coach buses will leave promptly at 5:45 PM from the following locations:

• Williamsburg: Bedford & Wallabout Street and Bedford & Taylor Street
• Boro Park: 14th Ave corner 50th Street
• Monsey: Evergreen Kosher Market, Route 59
• Monroe: Business Center, Park & Ride
• Lakewood: Shloimy’s Kosher World, 95 East Kennedy Blvd

A minimum suggested donation of $15 per person for the round trip is requested (RCCS subsidizes the remaining $20). If you would like to fully sponsor your full transportation, you may contribute $35.

A link to book transportation will be sent with your registration confirmation. You will be able to donate/pay for your transportation directly through this link.

Tickets will be emailed to eligible attendees following the schedule:

December 1 - December 12 registrations: Tickets sent starting December 12.

Registrations after December 12: Tickets sent shortly after registration.
